Honourable Citizen

While growing up, I was saddened why I lacked aggressiveness

While growing up, I was not happy with my timid nature

While growing up, I was unhappy why I am not rough & tough

While growing up, I was puzzled,what happened to my manliness

While growing up, I was wondering, if I am trapped up in wrong sex

While growing up, I was wondering, whether I was man enough

While growing up, I was astonished, whether I lack animal instinct

While growing up, I was puzzled about my own sexual orientation
While  growing up,  I was scarred enough to pick up fights with others

While growing up, I was resentful why I am  told to be away from street fights
While growing up, I was burning with anger but could not express my anger through deeds

Now I am happy that I was born as a man, not as woman to be raped & murdered

Now I am more than happy  because of all these, I became a decent civilized man

Now I am glad  that I could lead a normal life without guilt

Now I am satisfied that I did not go against any law of the land
Now I am thankful to my genes that did not make me an aggressive beast

Now I am proud that I did not molest any woman but respected them

Now I am overjoyed that I have the power to change the system

Now I am gladdened  that with me millions will change the face of this country
Now I am contended that I am a respectable, decent, law abiding citizen of India 

Now I am happy to conclude that I am an honourable citizen of this country
Now I am happy to let you know that honourable citizens are not bold but ordinary  timid persons
